If CISPro Receipt Lots require approval, then the Receipt Lot, and therefore the underlying Containers, can have the Change Request state of Pending, Submitted or Approved.  When the Receipt Lot is Approved then is it available for general use.  When the Receipt Lot is Pending or Submitted then is it considered to be "in Progress".

An "in Progress" Container can be used in Capture "at risk".  This means that the user is aware that the Container is not yet approved but is still using it in Capture.  A typical business case would be to test a Container as part of the approval process.  However, it is not always clear if a Container is "at risk" or if it is already Approved when using it in Capture.  How can the Capture user be notified if a Scanned Container is "at risk"?
