After several days running a LibDock job on our SGE cluster, I got the following error message:
Unable to connect to stats file JOBID: 7BD65C8F-91AA-BE40-B005-A2DB290F93ED USERNAME: jordi
wsRunner::GetJobStatistics: Pipeline Pilot exception rethrown
SOAP Faultcode: SOAP-ENV:Server. Error code: 2
SOAP Faultstring: wsRunner::sci__GetJobStatistics
soap call to GetJobStatistics() failed 0
The job seems to still be active (running) on the SGE queue, however I cannot see any change on its status (ie. System Error) on the DS 4.5 client. Is there any way to reconnect the client to the running job and recover the results?
