I thought I would share a script that I wrote some time ago to explore how to connect active windows in scripting via the  LinkedSdmDocument, LinkedMdmDocument functions.

They are called somewhat differently. The script also includes how to use extend aligned selections in the Sequence Window and how to trigger MessageBoxes to appear.

The script has to be triggered via the Menu::Scripts shortcut due to how it handles windows.
