I have done a simulation for the lipid complex. Once the simulation is done its shows WARNING "No periodic boundary conditions defined. Turning constant pressure off. Production Type changed from NPT to NVT. " Although I can set explicit periodic conditions through solvation but I don't want to do solvation. so just want to ask if any other method to set periodic boundary conditions without doing solvation.
