The following script reads in a pdb file, displays the protein as a ribbon, the ligand(s) as ball and stick and then displays all hydrogen bonds between the ligand(s) and protein. Those residues in the protein which are involved in hydrogen bonds with the ligand(s) will have their atoms displayed as lines while all other protein residues are undisplayed.
