Dear Authorized,
I downlaod DS 2017 software ( firstly server, then client same level of the software) based on the installion video and DS 2017 Installation & Configuration Guide in the Windows 7 Professional.
My computer has two account. When I open the DS 2017 in administrator ; there are help buttons (help topics, getting started, tutorials…) that are not open. Help buttons of DS software don’t have any error or warning.
On the other part, if I open the software in standard user; It is warning that “The operation failed - C:\Program Files\BIOVIA\Discovery Studio 2017\bin\..\share\doc\DSV\DSV.htm#DocDS\DSVisualizer\welcome.htm does not exist.”
Please help or what can I do about it?
