Complete loss of 3DSpace

Hi All,

 

I just want to preface this post with the note that I really enjoy using Dassault products and I've completely integrated CATIA into my workflow. So when I have a problem that lasts weeks with little help from support it's very disheartening. My support ticket has been useless and I have received little communication here. 

I first posted here about two weeks ago.

Then a few days ago I submitted a support ticket ==> NTSRCNB1708608188

I received a response saying that I haven't created a collaborative space, which is ridiculous: I have been using the app for over a year of course I have a collaborative space. 

So now I am just being sent in a loop. Which one is it? Do I contact this forum or support? 

I try and click on the link and what do you know? There's an error and I cannot access the message.

And if my luck wasn't already stellar: I have now lost both my creative spaces that I was using for my MEng project and personal projects.

This is really embarrassing to be entirely honest. I am proud to use such a powerful software for my engineering and now I am probably going to have to downgrade to something provided by Autodesk or OnShape. 

 

Please, I beg you, help me.
