The Position
-You will plan, manage, and develop KBMax configurators for clients.
-Tasks will focus on project management, developing UI’s, writing basic product rules, optimizing CAD models & drawings, and more.
-You will provide Technical Support and Customer Service to end-users via telephone,e-mail,and webinars.
-You will telecommute with occasional meetings at our Austin and San Jose offices or customer sites in the US and Europe. Salary and benefits will be competitive based on experience level with potential for equity in company based on performance.
-You must be comfortable speaking to customers both over the phone and in person.
Required
-Familiarity with Enterprise Software (CAD, CRM, ERP, PDM, etc.)
-Software Project Management Experience
-Capable of working independently, self-driven, and meeting multiple deadlines.
-Customer Facing Experience
-Must have a genuine interest in solving complex process problems for manufacturing companies
Desired
-Mechanical and/or manufacturing engineering experience with a focus in CAD (SolidWorks primarily)
-Programming experience (VB.NET, CAD API, VBA or similar)
