Hi, i work at a college and we have installs of Solid Edgev20 and Solid Works 2008 sp2.1 . In Solid Edge there are sometutorials that open when you select them from the help menu,opening a new part and a html help window. However, after theinstall of Solid Works, these tutorials no longer open.Uninstalling Solid Works and solid edge and reinstalling solid edgedoes not fix the problem.
I read on Siemens website that .net is required for Solid Edge andi noticed the Solid Works comes wiht a version of .net i wasthinking that might have something to do with it but i installedall the newest versions of .net on a test machine with just solidedge and it works fine.
Has anyone else run into this? we are reaching teh point in thesemeseter where students need to use these tutorials.SolidworksGeneral
