I wondered if anyone else has had problems with mirroring asheetmetal part?
Not in the same drawing but clicking insert and half way down thepull down there is a tool called mirror part. I wanted to create amirrored part with no links to the original so i clicked the tickbutton to say break link to part.
The problem is it says it cannot create a lot of the features andcopies it as a dumb solid with none of the sheetmetal features. Isthere anyway of doing this to keep the features?
I tried it with some complex extruded items with no problem it wasjust sheetmetal components.
The sheetmetal parts I am modelling are to complex to create asheetmetal component from the dumb solid as i have already triedthis technique.SolidworksSheet Metal
