SolidWorks: Sheet Metal Design Specialist

Min requirement: 2 year technical degree in Engineering or CAD technology. SolidWorks 3D modeling experience required.

Must be proficient with top down sheet metal assemblies, BOM, shop drawings, design tables and custom properties.

Experience using sheet metal bend parameters; bend allowance, bend deduction and K-factors.

Photoworks a plus

I have a HVAC library to update. We do this every 2-3 years.

Need 1-2 people to lookup catalogs, print materials. Enter dimensions, weights, corner weights

and other properties into excel tables. We then link tables to drawing sets.

This is a simple task providing one can stay focused. 

Currently all drawings are 2D cad. Would eventually like to move drawings to SW.

Part Time / Internship positions open for students currently enrolled in college pursuing

related technical degrees in Engineering or CAD technology, SolidWorks a plus.

Must be proficient with MS excel & access. Some AutoCAD experience required.
