SOLIDWORKS has always been a customer driven product. Enhancements to SOLIDWORKS products are driven from feedback obtained through direct customer research, analysis of our many internal databases of customer information, reviewing feedback from our many public forums and of course direct customer request for enhancements - like the ideas submitted to the The Top Ten List - 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024.  

The Top Ten List - 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 is an ideas community launched every year, a few months before 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024. This year the community launched in November of 2023 and the community closed right before the conference. The results of The Top Ten List - 3DEXPERIENCE World 2024 were presented at the conference, during a well-attended user session on Wednesday 2/14/2024.    

When The Top Ten List is open, users submit enhancement ideas to the open community, allowing other participants the opportunity to comment and vote for these idea submissions. Every year, participants are rewarded for their efforts by seeing many of their Top Ten List enhancement ideas implemented in the SOLIDWORKS product. Though it is called the Top Ten List, all ideas submitted to the community are considered for future enhancements to the software.
