Is anyone else having trouble with Pack and go?

I am trying to pack up a job to send out and the Pack and go list looks correct but

when I tell it to move all the files to a new director solidworks only move a small fraction

of the files. The job has 541 items to move and it will only move 112. Total waist of time.

Then when I call up the assembly in the from the new directory solidwoks goes back to the old

directory to find all the files it did not move.

I'm running 2019 sp5.
