Got a Quadro FX 5600 in my Mac Pro 2008, Quadro FX 4800 and this new Mac Pro would be a nice next SW-workstation for me.

The QFX4800-card uses up to 150W by specification, so it should do fine with that 300W.

Two X25-m G2 80GB (for Win.7 and it's pagefile) should match well along with two large 3,5" HD for storage.
