So I think I have refined a model for an:

Or, as attached and have set Global Variables for:
CW Rotation, 20 Teeth, 30 Deg Helix Angle, 20 Deg Pressure Angle

After changing the above values to the desired values in the Equations and
Performing at least two Control “Q”s on the model.
The model should rebuild and show the new tooth count etc…

I have set the path the tooth cut follows as a helical “equation driven curve” set to be
on the pitch diameter and at the helix angle set as a global variable.

Involute Helical Gear Generator - CW 20T 30 Deg 20 PA
While this model will have a good tooth form for an involute curve.
It is not what would truly be THE tooth form for a Helical Gear.
It would be “Good Form” if the helix angle is “ZERO” but the farther one
moves from “ZERO” the more OFF it will be.
I have found that the involute tooth form for a helical gear should be modified
as the helix angle becomes greater. How to do this in a SW model is beyond me,
at the moment.
