I'm trying to install edrawings 2009 - I, plus two co workers, haveall tried to install it straight from the edrawings downloadsite...we all run win xp pro and are all getting the same error:

Error 1606. Could not access network location
\DOCUME~1\BCAVAN\LOCALS~1\Temp\MSIB7.tmp.

I've previously uninstalled all other versions of edrawings, andhave rebooted prior to install attempts...I've turned off the virusscan, and have even opened up the permissions on the directory inquestion, but still no luck...
