Our drawing templates include a standard note that looks something like this:

So, any annotation on the drawing with a 5 sided flag refers to the corresponding note.  As far as I can tell, SW does not provide a way to link annotations to this sort of general note.  The flag note bank comes close, but it will only put a border around the annotation if the number in the general note has a border.  It would be nice if I could either add any border I want to the linked note or preferably, specify the border to use for all annotations linked to the general note.
