I have a fully resolved assembly and drawing, some parts ofthe assembly are turned to hidden lines removed, whist others areshaded with edges. I do this becuase I don't want to kill thecartridges in my plotter.
I do a zoomed in detail view of this ( of a model view that is offthe normal drawing page so it does not get printed ) in thisdetailed view there is a silo with with HLR and a valve cluster inshaded with edges. This looks all fine on the model, but in theview itself, the silo is not there. If I change the display stateof the detail view to HLR, the silo appears, shaded with edges itdisappears, use parent style it disappears. As I dont want to printout a heap of ink for the silo in shaded mode, but I need the valvecluster to be in shaded color, what can I do.
2009 SP0.
Thanks
