Creating Flat part from curved part

G'day,

I have a PC-board part that is first cut out as a flat part, thenformed in a press to become conical surface. All has gone good& fine with it, however now we want to prescribe a particularcopper trace on the outside surface. The new goal is to determinethe flat-pattern etching that will correspond to the desired tracesafter forming to the conical shape. The final output is a 2Ddetailed drawing, and we'll DXF it out to PCB fab. The solid modelcan be an assembly or multi-bodied part as works best.

Attached is a model of an example PCB.
Attached is a hypothetical set of copper traces in ACIS format, just so you can visualize the idea.

Thank you, Ralph

P.S. Some details:
1. We'll assume some k factor based upon the PCB substrate only, ignoring the influence of the .0014" thick copper.
2. The trace is not overly complex, but is a series of individualsegments.
3. The last extrusion in the part yields fixture tooling holes thatare later machined away.
4. It's a conical section, not a cylindrical section.
