Hello, the question sounds terrible but I will try and describe it better. 

So 

I need an Assembly Custom Property to add part custom properties. 

For example 

I have 3 different parts in an assembly that have a custom property called number. The numbers are 1,2,3 

I was hoping the assembly would add these and give me 6.
