We are on SW 2008 SP5.0 and want to know how different 2009is. Should we take the update course? I posed the same question forgoing from 2007 to 2008 and got a great answer. We did take thecourse, and it was worth the time and cost. See the link.

I hear that 2009 focuses on stability and performance. If this istrue, kudos to Solidworks for an update that doesn't move thebuttons around and instead improves the quality of the underlyingcad program.
