We look forward to “seeing” you this week as we kick off 3DEXPERIENCE World 2021 with our opening General Sessions tomorrow Feb 8th. As you prepare to join the event, we wanted to offer some helpful tips that will help maximize your experience at this year’s conference.
Join Early
Be sure to log on to the virtual event early and familiarize yourself with the platform. We recommend you start by watching a brief tutorial that outlines how to use the site by simply clicking on the BEGIN JOURNEY HERE button.
Navigate The World
Dive into the virtual event platform and find the content you’re interested in by clicking on the Explore World button. Interact with the various zones of the event by clicking and rotating the world. Want faster access? Simply navigate by using the drop down menu options in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
General Sessions
Whenever a LIVE General Session is playing, a red button will appear on the home screen. Simply click that button to immediately join the live General Session broadcast.
My Dashboard
Your agenda, favorited sessions and auto-recommended sessions can be found on the My Dashboard Tab. Join any session live by clicking on the session title from My Agenda. Session Surveys, Links to our Partners, and the 3DEXPERIENCE World game can all be found inside My Dashboard.
Build your Agenda – Download to Your Personal Calendar
The best way to ensure you don’t miss out on all the great content at 3DEXPERIENCE World is to add sessions to your agenda. Simply visit the Session Catalog and click on the “Add to Schedule” button for each session you are interested in attending. These sessions will now be displayed in your dashboard under My Agenda. Want to download your agenda to your personal calendar? From the Session Catalog, click on My Agenda, and then click on the down arrow button next to My Favorites (showing in the image below).
NEW - LIVE Q+A Sessions
LIVE Q+A sessions for our VIP attendees can also be added to your “My Agenda”. View the list of all Q+A sessions to select those that you’re interested in attending. Be sure to join early, as our most popular Q+A sessions fill up quickly.
Missed a Session?
Don’t worry, all of the content at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2021 will be available for on-demand viewing. Simply return to the Virtual Event Platform and click on the title of the session you are interested in viewing.
3DEXPERIENCE Playground
The 3DEXPERIENCE Playground is the hub of the event, where you can interact with our partners and learn how to extend your investment with Dassault Systèmes. You’ll be able to interact our partners, Dassault Systèmes subject matter experts and student design teams. You’ll also be inspired by makers, entrepreneurs, and manufacturing facilities’ stories to help empower your freedom to create.
Networking
Join the conversation by engaging with the 3DEXPERIENCE World Community. Leave comments on your favorite sessions. Hear from your peers. Engage with Dassault Systèmes product and subject matter experts. The 3DEXPERIENCE World Community is your hub for attendee engagement.
