It is time to pack your bags and head to Nashville for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2023, February 12-15! We have compiled the following important information that you’ll want to know before you go:
Get a head start with our MOBILE APP for iPhone and Android
Use it to get session updates, build your schedule, view speaker bios, search for sponsors, and more.
- Download the Cvent Events app from your mobile device store.
- Once installed, search for the Event ID below. (not case sensitive, but the space must be included): NASH 3DXW2023
- Launch the event and log in using your name and email address that you used to register for the event. You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email/mobile and you are in!
- Enjoy the event and the app!
Registration
This is the information that will appear on your badge, please check it for accuracy and if you want to make changes, simply click here to review or update your account details. Please enter your email and password in the "Login" section of the page.
3DEXPERIENCE World 2023 registration is located at the Nashville Music City Center, Level 3, Exhibition Hall Concourse. It is open:
- Sunday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Wednesday from 7:00 am - 1:30 pm
When you arrive at the Music City Center, scan the QR code below at the check-in counters (print it out the old-fashioned way, or scan it from your mobile device) to receive your badge. Once you have received your badge, you will be directed to Materials Distribution for all your conference materials.
Guest Badge (for those pass holders that have the option to bring a guest)
If you have purchased a guest pass for the Tuesday Special Event, you will be able to pick up the guest badge with your guest. Your guest will need to show their government issued photo ID in order to pick up their guest badge as well.
Your name badge and lanyard are required for all activities (including evening events). Please note that if you lose your badge there is a \$100.00 reprint fee. You must bring a valid form of identification to pick up your badge at registration. This includes a government issued photo ID like a license or passport which includes your date of birth. You are not allowed to check in or pick up a badge for someone else.
The User Agenda is jam packed with user breakout sessions and hands-on workshops and live MeetUp sessions. Please note – you must be pre-registered for a Hands-On Workshop, but all other sessions are first come, first serve. Please be sure to check out our online agenda as there may have been changes made to the schedule. We recommend that you spend some time before the conference to download the app, review the available sessions, and pre-register to map out your day and ensure you are getting the most out of the conference.
Tuesday Night Special Event – The Bash on Broadway
Join us on Tuesday night from 7pm - 10pm as we take over an entire block of Broadway for an exclusive party-just for 3DEXPERIENCE World attendees! Enjoy some amazing Southern-style food and drinks at some of Nashville's coolest bars, including Blake Shelton's Ole Red bar, Luke Bryan's 32 Bridge bar, Tequila Cowboy, and Jason Aldean's Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, and enjoy a variety of music and entertainment all within walking distance of the conference hotels. There is sure to be something for everyone!
Just a reminder:
- No transportation is provided; the event is within walking distance of the MCC and conference hotels.
- No onsite parking will be available.
- Your conference badge is required for entry; no exceptions will be made. You must bring your government-issued photo ID which is required for alcohol consumption. If your pass type does not include entrance to the Special Event and you would like to purchase a ticket for \$250.00 please stop by the Registration Assistance desk to do so.

Your health and safety are very important to us. As such, we continue to monitor COVID-19 and other health developments throughout the world, and we will follow health and safety guidelines from the CDC, WHO and applicable federal, state and local jurisdictions.

U.S. Government’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement for international travelers: All non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrants traveling to the U.S. by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Before You Leave Home
3DEXPERIENCE World 2023 encourages all attendees to:
- Remain up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots.
- Get your annual flu shot to further reduce the risk of illness.
- Self-test for COVID-19 before traveling to Nashville. If you test positive, please follow the CDC’s guidelines and refrain from traveling.
What to Expect at 3DEXPERIENCE WORLD 2023
COVID-19 Testing
- We recommend that you self-test for COVID-19 after your arrival in Nashville and if/when you become symptomatic, while you are there.
- You can acquire/purchase COVID-19 tests at a number of locations near the main venue – Music City Center (MCC).If you test positive, please follow the CDC’s guidelines and refrain from entering the MCC and from attending any 3DEXPERIENCE World events.
Masks
- At the MCC, we will have an adequate supply of surgical-type face masks for those attendees, who wish to wear them.
- We advise high-risk individuals, and those with family or colleagues who are at a higher risk of developing severe symptoms from COVID-19, to bring their own high-quality face masks or respirators, which are recommended by the CDC.
Healthy Venue
- The MCC has implemented a variety of measures to reduce surface touch points in high-traffic areas.
- The MCC also continues to frequently sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the facility.
- The MCC has a hospital-grade air filtration system in place.
Healthy Habits
- You are encouraged to wash and/or disinfect your hands frequently.
- You should avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth.If you must cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth with a tissue or your sleeve.If you become ill, please self-isolate, leave the venue/function, and notify a colleague and/or your employer.
