I opened 3D experience on my desktop and it wanted to upgrade, I started the process and after uninstalling and downloading, it Failed to re-install, giving me some error about this version of windows not being supported any more and Now it's gone...  I don't see how to get it back :(  

Checking my other computer and it's gone there too!
