Hello applications team.

I submitted an application SOLIDWORKS for Startups program on 16th November 2025, but I have been told by my local reseller, Central Innovation in Australia, that the application has never been received, so I have re-submitted today, the 1st December. Can you tell me if this has been received and the processing time frame?
