RUM2021 RUM2021-EuroCentral CustomerPresentation CST Studio Suite
Abstract:
Modern hearing aids are consisting of up to three wireless communication systems. One of them is the TCoil which is picking up magnetic fields in the acoustic frequency range. These fields are created e.g. by loudspeakers used in telephones or by loops used in special areas in theatres, churches etc. for hearing impaired people. Unfortunately, this kind of analog communication system inside the hearing aid is also picking up perfectly any internal noise created by the hearing aid itself. This presentation will concentrate on how to simulate and predict the noise coupling in CST Microwave Studio.
