Abstract:
With our world quickly approaching a precipice after which accelerating global warming will be unleashed, now is the time to do everything in our power to stop and even reverse carbon emissions. To this end, Dassault Systèmes offers many solutions to enable manufacturers, suppliers, and operators to minimize the cost of energy, and thus, accelerate the global energy transition.
This presentation will give an overview of Dassault Systèmes brand SIMULIA functionality for simulating and optimizing wind turbines and drivetrains, which not only reduce costs but environmental impacts as well. Workflows that are used by our customers around the world will be shown, along with their primary benefits. This presentation will also highlight the recently developed Multibody System (MBS) functionality, for analyzing and optimizing wind turbines and drivetrains, along with several important multi-disciplinary workflows. How risk can be avoided and production increased by using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, which enables a single source of truth and digital thread, will also be briefly covered.
