This demonstration focuses on Chassis and Suspension Strength and Durability Industry Process Experience which includes digitally connected multi-physics simulations of chassis and its components. Automating the meshing and modeling process improves productivity by up to 10X. CAE engineers can spend more effort in weld optimization and validation than in modeling. Maintaining a link between CAD and FEM eases the process of making design changes. This reduces repetitive work resulting from design iterations. Efficiently using and connecting modeling and simulation in the conceptual design phase has significant advantages and can be exploited in various industrial processes. It’s really different from the current CAE process.
