Abstract: 

Dassault Systemes has offered an advanced additive manufacturing (AM) simulation for some time now; and while the simulation itself may not be brand-new, it is the uninterrupted digital thread on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that actually accelerates the AM development process. The current presentation demonstrates how the integration of tools for and around additive manufacturing actually helps to tackle the oftentimes tedious and time-consuming process of driving the development of a product all the way from idea and design to final product. This is achieved by illustrating how the AM product development process on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform compares to a development process using individual tools and programs.

Biography:

Rudesh has almost 6 years of experience in Dassault Systemes. He has expertise in Additive Manufacturing Simulation, topology optimization Thermal, Structural, and Vibration Analysis. He is responsible for collaborating with Strategic Planning, R&D, Marketing & Sales team and developing industry workflows with customer review.

Currently, He is the Part of SIMULIA Strategic Manufacturing and Materials Initiative. He is handling conventional manufacturing process such as forming, casting, and Heat treatment simulation. In addition, he is working on Advanced Simulation such as Precision Glass Molding.
