Victor OANCEA is SIMULIA’s Senior Technology Director and Chief Scientific Officer for structural applications. He leads initiatives, including battery cell engineering, additive manufacturing simulation, micro-mechanics-based multiscale materials, and more. Victor earned his Ph.D. from Duke University in 1996 in the area of computational mechanics.

Chris WHITING is a Senior Director of the SIMULIA R&D Structures Simulation department at Dassault Systèmes, with responsibility for R&D activities related to product development, strategy, and product management for structures simulation applications and solver technology. Chris received his Ph.D. in 1999 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in computational mechanics.

Mark BOHM has been with SIMULIA for more than 30 years. Contributing to a variety of sales and technical management roles, he currently leads a global technical sales group supporting advanced applications. Mark has degrees in structural engineering from Brown University and the University of California, Berkeley.



Eric WEYBRANDT

Eric WEYBRANDT is the SIMULIA R&D Roles Portfolio Director at Dassault Systèmes.
Eric received a Masters's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine. Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 1999, he has held various positions in customer services, development, and product management. His current focus as Roles Portfolio Director is release planning and product management for the Abaqus structural solver.
