The Parallel Rheological Framework model, or PRF model, is a nonlinearly viscous material model. This material model is seeing significant usage by the tire industry in modeling elastomers and for modeling of polymers. My colleague, Jaehwan Choi, made the video example above. This example uses cyclic test data from uniaxial, equibiaxial and planar modes of deformation and one piece of stress relaxation test data.
