Their core product, PowerFLOW, is a simulation software tool used for simulation complex fluid flow problems utilizing the Lattice Boltzmann method. When coupled with Abaqus PowerFLOW will calculate the convective, conductive, and radiative effects and the resulting temperature field will be provided to Abaqus as a boundary condition. Abaqus then proceeds with the calculation of the internal temperature distribution and the corresponding thermal stresses.
