Abstract

The Tech Talk will cover the digital filters available in Abaqus/Explicit and Abaqus/Viewer. Examples of data corruption caused by improper output frequency will be shown. These examples motivate the use of the filter options available to the user. The seminar will show how to define the filters and how filter options affect the interpretation of output they generate. Defining filters to monitor extreme values of output will be demonstrated.
