This lunch & learn seminar is aimed at those interested in 3D reconstruction from image data (as obtained from CT, FIB-SEM, etc.) to generate models for visualization, measurement, and FE simulation in Abaqus. We will discuss the use of Simpleware in generating high fidelity meshes from 3D image data, new features of the latest version, several case studies demonstrating applications within Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Consumer Products, Automotive, and Medical Devices above and then provide a demo of the functionality of the Simpleware software environment.
