Immersive Simulation | Demo

For a successful MODSIM project, simulation engineers need to communicate their results to designers. One communication challenge arises when aerodynamicists want to explain geometry changes that are required to improve the drag or reduce aeroacoustics noise. Designers understand better when results are presented on a realistic-looking car, and even better if the 3D model is right in front of them. This is where Virtual Reality can bring a real advantage. Even better if both the aerodynamicist and the designer can be present in the same virtual space and directly discuss the results.

In this VR demo, you enter a virtual environment where you have the chance to view different aerodynamic results on two different versions of the Bleu car.
