So, you went to https://www.3ds.com/support/download/ and logged in - and then downloaded four *.tar files under the heading "SIMULIA Abaqus Extended Products"... Now what?

Well the recommended utility to extract the *.tar files' contents is 7zip, and it's not directly obvious, but you just extract them all to the same directory. You can right-click on each *.tar file and select Extract Here - and the subdirectory (such as AM_SIM_Abaqus_Extend.AllOS) will be created.
