During the 2021 EuroWest (Spain) RUM we welcomed Saša from SENER. Saša presented "Everyday Troubleshooting with CST" - the abstract is below. 

Saša Dragaš received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia, in 1991 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in information technologies and mobile networks from the University of Cantabria, Santander, Spain, in 2017. He has 30 years of experience in the microwave and radio communications industries. He has been with Sener Aerospace [formerly RYMSA (TRYO Group)], Madrid, Spain, since 2017. His interests include phased array antenna systems, satellite-on-the move communications, radar antenna technologies, and passive microwave circuits.

This presentation shows the several unusual cases from area of air-traffic control radar antennas and how to mitigate risk due to very short time in making a relatively complex system without possibility to make any intermediate step and to spot critical points as well as treatment of a last-minute client unexpected request. The second part of the presentation depicts a significant progress in high power RF application for the future nuclear fusion plant in Granada.
