3DEXPERIENCE Edu Space hosts all SIMULIA courseware. The material is available for self-paced learning as well as for classroom and onsite training settings.

The content in Edu Space goes beyond the standard content (lecture notes, workshop models and detailed step-by-step instructions) one might expect in an instructor-led course. For example, to support self-paced learners, many courses include workshop demo recordings. These offer the advantage of showing the student how to complete an exercise in the event they encounter difficulties working on their own or if they simply wish to see the workflow rather than perform it directly.

A select number of courses (particularly at the introductory-level) also contain voice over or lecture recordings. This allows the self-learner to get the lecture portions of the course narrated by experienced instructors. In addition, interactive guided tours through the user interfaces and quizzes actively engage the self-learner and reinforce the main concepts and key takeaways of a topic. In this way, the learning experience becomes less passive and more active, leading to better retention and understanding.
