SIMULIA’s own Romil Tanov, SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant Expert, & Dinesh Panneerselvam, presented at the 2026 SIMULIA Americas Users Conference.
Abstract:
This seminar will showcase various workflows for simulating manufacturing across three key industries: Transportation and Mobility, Aerospace and Defense, and High-Tech Semiconductors.
•Surface Tension Modeling in Abaqus
o Use Case: Solder Reflow
•Contact Wear Modeling in Abaqus
o Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)
