Dana, Kimberly-Clark, & Gillette discuss adoption of SLM at SCC

The use of virtual simulation technology has expanded rapidly over the past decade, and is now considered to be a strategic element and competitive advantage within the product development process.  As the use of simulation technology expands and the user base diversifies, manufacturers are evaluating and implementing solutions to improve productivity, consistency and repeatability of simulation tasks.  Recognizing and addressing this challenge through the capture and distribution of simulation knowledge can deliver significant business value and productivity enhancements in the overall product development process. This SIG included a customer panel made up of analysis experts from Dana, Kimberly-Clark and Gillette who discussed their experiences related to the standardization of simulation processes, process capture and process management.
