Hello everyone,

The much awaited “2013 SIMULIA Customer Satisfaction Survey” results are in!

About 1,500 of you responded to our survey, and we would like to thank each and every one of you for taking the time and effort to participate in the survey.

Our goal is to provide you with best in class services and understanding these results enable us to identify our areas of improvement and come up with a concrete plan to improve our user experience.

The results of the survey have been analyzed and compared with the results of previous years and we would like to share some important results with you.

One of the interesting findings from the survey is the continuing upward trend in the CPU usage for running simulation jobs among Abaqus users.

It is clear from the results below that our users anticipate their CPU usage to keep growing in the future. This is yet another indicator of the importance of Abaqus simulation for our users.

We were curious to know what you thought about cloud services, and it’s interesting to note that about half of you were not able to answer the questions! This is what the rest of you had to say.
