This calibration work was carried out by my SIMULIA colleagues, Stuart Nixon and Matthew Knight, starting with digitization of the biaxial test data from Figure 1 of the paper cited above. The target material model for this work is the Abaqus PRF model. In this use case, the Mullins and Permanent set features are not used.
