Abstract: 

Modern aerospace and defence platforms require advanced simulation capabilities to predict complex interactions between mechanical systems and control architectures. This presentation explores how Simpack multibody simulation enables high-fidelity virtual validation of dynamic systems.

The session will highlight the use of physics-based simulation for analysing complex mechanical systems to determine actuation behaviour and vibration characteristics. By connecting mechanical dynamics with controls development, Simpack supports a Model-Based Engineering approach to improve design validation, optimise system performance, and reduce dependence on physical testing for next-generation aerospace and defence applications.
