Bosch | Bulk Current Injection Assessment of Automotive Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) | SAUC 2025

Abstract

This presentation shows the capabilities of CST to model real-world BCI measurements. Specifically, how harmonics from a BCI measurement through a non-linear component (TVS diode) can be modeled almost the same as in real life. BCI failures on a Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) receiver were solved using measurements and CST models. The non-linear component is measured and modeled to create high-frequency harmonics that were jamming the RKE receiver.
