ADAS and autonomous driving is significant business driver in the Transportation & Mobility industry. The reliability which is required from ADAS demands extensive testing as well as robust design. The presentation gives an overview of the challenges of development of ADAS and demonstrates the processes offered by SIMULIA CST Studio Suite to tackle automotive radar sensor design and integration into vehicle. To complete the picture, AVS SCANeR, tool for performing virtual test drive and simulates the entire surrounding environment to design and validate the algorithms and the software underlying the ADAS mission is presented.
