There are certain limitations on the dimensions while creating sketches. For example, radius value for a fillet can have a minimum value of 1e-4 units.

This is because Abaqus/CAE uses third party modeler named ACIS to create Sketch and Part geometry. ACIS has certain limitation on the maximum and minimum dimensions they can handle in their algorithm. The radius value for fillets has 1e-4 as a limit. A Value less than 1e-4 is not allowed because it is ACIS zero.
