In the Abaqus Benchmarks manual, section 3 (Material Tests), the 3.1.5 problem is titled Fitting of elastomeric foam test data. This benchmark manual problem includes test data for an elastomeric foam. The problem description says that for this material the effective Poisson's ratio is zero, which is evident by the absence of lateral displacements. The test data includes a uniaxial compression test, and a simple shear test in which both the main response (shear stress versus shear strain) and the transverse stress are measured. The test data is included here in an Excel file for convenience.
Calibration
The Benchmark manual section talks about the calibration of a hyperfoam material model. Some additional information is provided in this PDF document:
3D Experience Calibration App
The video below shows how to use our 3D Experience calibration app to calibrate the hyperfoam material model using this Benchmark 3.1.5 test data. The hyperfoam functionality shown was delivered in the on-premise 2020X FD02, aka FP2014, release.
