3D Electromagnetic Simulations of HV Pulsed Power Systems
💡 A 700KV high-voltage pulsed power generator has been developed to drive an open-circuit load.
🌏 This pulsed generator has been modeled using SolidWorks, and comprehensive 3D transient simulations have been conducted using SIMULIA CST Microwave Studio. Co-simulation in SIMULIA CST involves integrating circuit and electromagnetic solvers to simulate the combined electrical and field interactions within the system.
🌏 This approach is crucial for accurately modeling transient phenomena, optimizing performance, identifying potential issues like signal reflections and losses, and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of pulsed power system designs.
