What is this new MODSIM webinar about?

The requirements for modern packaging are becoming more and more demanding in the course of the discussion on sustainability and the circular economy. Sustainable packaging concepts are required in ever shorter development cycles and new delivery channels such as e-commerce, whereby lower packaging weight and the increasing proportion of alternative materials must be reconciled with compliance with norms and standards in a mostly international environment. In this area of tension, simulation as a tool is an important means of achieving greater agility and innovation in development processes. If validated simulation models can be used as virtual tests as early as possible in the development process, this enables faster, more informed and better decisions. 
However, the number of simulation experts required for this is limited. So how can companies give as many non-experts as possible access to the necessary simulation methods?
MODSIM on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform integrates CAD models and simulation in a common database and user interface. The software tools provided enable a simulation expert to methodically capture complex simulation models and make them available in a customized user interface to a non-expert for his daily work.​​​​​​​
