There's a good amount of new stuff to learn about the roles you have access to including Collaborative Business Innovator and Collaborative Industry Innovator that cover how most of the platform components work.  We've always used training and certification as not only a way for users to demonstrate their skills, but to also learn then and then achieve those certifications.
